In order to keep our prices competitive, we have a small delivery fee of $8.00. If your suburb is not on the list and you would like us to deliver to you please contact us before purchasing.

Minimum Order for Delivery

Our minimum order for delivery is $40.00.

Delivery Day

Orders placed before 8pm Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (depending on your suburb). If you order after this time, you will receive your delivery the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Changes in Price from Week to Week

As you may know, fruit and veg prices fluctuate depending on seasons, weather hindrances, availability and supplier costs. We will update our website prices regularly in order to keep prices competitive and reflective of the market.

Place of Delivery

You don’t need to be home to receive your order. We will leave it in a safe place if no one is at home. If you have special delivery instructions please email us at crunchproduce@gmail.com or make a note during checkout.

Refunds

At CRUNCH we want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of your produce. So, if you are unhappy with your produce we will provide you with a refund or replacement providing you contact us on the day of delivery - just keep a hold of your item (don't throw it away) so we can identify the problem to prevent it from happening again.

Availability

Sometimes your final order will be different from what it was when you ordered through the website. This may be because we have been unable to provide you with some or all of the items you ordered. You will not be charged for items that we have not been able to provide you with.

Kilogram v Quantity

We understand that some of you are more accustomed to ordering your produce in units not weight (for example 6 Granny Smith Apples instead of 1 kilogram). For this reason we have included a unit weight estimate in the product description. Saying that, like fruit and vegetables are not always uniform in size and although we do our best to estimate individual item weights this is a guideline only.

If at the time of packing your order we are unable to fulfil your order to the EXACT weight requested (for example you have requested 500 grams of tomatoes or 1 kilogram etc), we will always provide you with MORE (eg 510 grams or 1.1 kilograms) produce than what you order and you will NOT be charged for this extra amount.

Recurring Orders

We are now offering recurring orders if you enjoy ordering the same produce week to week. BEST OF ALL - you will save 5%. For one off orders we accept the usual suspects including Shopify, Paypal, Visa/Mastercard/AMEX. If you'd like to use the recurring order service (it's awesome and you save 5%) we accept Visa/Mastercard/AMEX.
